I do not live within the city limits of Poplar Bluff,
but I do reside within one of the following counties: Butler, Ripley, Stoddard, Dunklin, Carter, or Wayne.
If you do not live within city limits, but reside in one of the above counties, you may obtain a library card for an annual fee of $35.00. This fee provides one year of complete library access, including Internet and Wifi, for your entire household. Please bring the following with you when applying for a card:
-
Proof of residency, established by presenting two documents that include your name and current street address.
-
Proof of identity, such as an unexpired Missouri driver's license or social security card.
When applying for a library card, the applicant is applying for the right to use the library. The applicant must agree to comply with all the rules and pay any damages charged to the library card. The applicant agrees to notify the library of an address change and to report the loss or theft of the card.
The library card remains the property of the Poplar Bluff Public Library. |
