I do not
live within the city limits of Poplar Bluff, but
I attend Three Rivers Community College.
If
you do not live within city limits, but attend Three
Rivers Community College, you can obtain a library
card for no charge. The library card will be available
to you at no charge for every semester that you
attend TRCC. Please bring the following identification
with you when applying for a card:

Two forms of identification
that verify your name and current physical address.
(No P.O. Boxes please.)
- Validation
of Social Security Number.
(This can be from a Missouri picture I.D. or
Social Security card.)
- Current
TRCC Student Picture I.D.
(Be sure the current semester sticker is on
the back.)
When
applying for a library card, the applicant is applying
for the right to use the library. The applicant
must agree to comply with all the rules and pay
any damages charged to the library card. The applicant
agrees to notify the library of an address change
and to report the loss or theft of the card.
The
library card remains the property of the Poplar
Bluff Public Library.
