Meeting Room Descriptions

The Library has three rooms avaible for public meetings.

BOARD/CONFERENCE ROOM

• Location: Main floor
• Capacity: 8 (maximum)
• Furniture: 1 table, 12 Chairs
• Internet Access: direct Internet connection using CAT5 cable

LARGE COMMUNITY ROOM

• Location: Lower level
• Capacaity: 125 (maximum)
• Furniture: Access to 10 tables and 70 chairs
• Internet Access: direct Internet connection using CAT5 cable
• Amenities: Kitchen access with running water and electricity, 30-cup percolator

SMALL COMMUNITY ROOM

• Location: Lower level
• Capacity: 25 (maximum)
• Furniture: 4 table (maximum); 25 chair (maximum)
• Internet Access: direct Internet connection using CAT5 cable
• Amenities: Kitchen access with running water and electricity, 30-cup percolator
• Dry Erase Board

Equipment available upon request for use in Meeting Rooms:

• Overhead Projector
• Screen
• Podium
• Dry Erase Board (Small Community Room only)

The library does not have staff availabe to assist with the set up or operation of the above equipment.
