I
do not live within the city limits of Poplar Bluff,
but I live in Butler County and attend PBHS or PBJHS.
If
you do not live within city limits, but live in
Butler County and attend Poplar Bluff High School
or Poplar Bluff Junior High School, you can obtain
a library card for a fee of $1.00. This fee provides
one year of complete library access. Please bring
the following identification with you when applying
for a card:

Two forms of identification
that verify your name and current physical address.
(No P.O. Boxes please.)
- Validation
of Social Security Number
(This can be from a Missouri picture I.D. or
Social Security card.)
- Current
PBHS or PBJHS Student Picture I.D. Card
When
applying for a library card, the applicant is applying
for the right to use the library. The applicant
must agree to comply with all the rules and pay
any damages charged to the library card. The applicant
agrees to notify the library of an address change
and to report the loss or theft of the card.
The
library card remains the property of the Poplar
Bluff Public Library.
