Designed for the new computer user of any age and presented at a relaxed pace. All classes are free and open to the public. You are encouraged to repeat these classes as many times as you wish. To register, fill out the online form or call (573) 686 - 8639.

​What is a computer? What is a Mouse? Keyboard? Those questions and more are answered in this class. Feel free to bring your own computer and we'll help you get familiar with it.


Welcome to Windows 10

​Windows has changed over the years. This class covers the Windows basics and the changes brought with the new Windows 10 operating system.


Internet Basics

​What is the internet, and is it still cool to "surf" it? Learn how to "surf" by using the address bar, bookmark your favorite websites (including Poplar Bluff Library), tab-browse and more!


Email Basics
June 27 | 1 pm - 3 pm

​Sending mail is fun, but so is sending electronic mail, or e-mail. This class covers the steps to make an email account, add contacts, send e-mail and receive e-mail.


Getting a Microsoft Account

​Learn the many uses of a OneDrive account, including how to get an account and manage it, using OneDrive, using Office Online and more!

Getting A Google Account

​Google seems to be everywhere these days, but this isn't a bad thing. Learn how to get a Google account and manage it. You'll also learn about all the wonderful services google has to offer!  


Microsoft Office Classes

​Learn how to navigate the Microsoft Office programs. Starting with Microsoft Word, this class will go over Office's new appearance and where to find all the handy tools you will need when creating your document.
