
The Internal Revenue Service has announced that the nation’s 2020 tax season will start for individual tax return filers on Friday, Feb. 12, 2021.
The original filing deadline to submit 2020 tax returns was Thursday, April 15, 2021.

On March 17, 2021 the IRS extended the deadline to submit 2020 tax returns to Saturday, May 17, 2021.

For Missouri state, information will be available up to 5 business days after filing electronically or
up to 3 - 4 weeks after mailing your paper return.
For United States federal, information will be available as soon as 24 hours after e-filing.
Expect extended delays if you mailed your return or responded to an IRS Notice.
